Prospective Daylor Students/Families

Thank you for your interest in William Daylor High School.
 
William Daylor is one of three continuation high schools in the Elk Grove Unified School District. Rio Cazadero and Calvine High School are the other two. 
 
Enrollment is voluntary; the following students are welcome to enroll:
  • Students who reside in the Elk Grove Unified School District attendance area.
  • Students who pregnant or parenting teens (mothers and fathers)
  • Students 16 years of age or older, but under 18 years of age, who have not graduated from high school.
 
Steps for Enrollment:
  1. Submit and alternative education referral (REQUIRED): Students can obtain an alternative education referral at their residental or home school. Each school has a copy of the referral.

    2. Students with an IEP should contact their case manager for special education placement.
  2. Attend Orientation meeting with the Vice Principal: You will be scheduled for an oreintation meeting when you turn in all enrollment documents. Students are required to attend the meeting with a parent or guardian.
  3. Child Development Center: Teen mothers and fathers with a child ages 0-3 attending a school within EGUSD can use the free childcare center. Before a child can start we need a signed physician statement which is included in the enrollment packet.
